Digitize your flexible benefits management

SAP SuccessFactors is predominantly available as HCM software when it comes to cloud systems. It automates HR processes and HR administration for many international organisations. The Dutch flexible benefit arrangements cannot be managed in that system, so we made a system that can do it.

The currently availble functions in SuccessFactors are not sufficient for the Dutch Market. The FlexBen Manager extends the functionality. In this digital product every employee can choose or apply for certain benefits. The available budgets and configurable time spans determine what benefits are available for application. The applications start approval workflows so the administration process it.

The FlexBen Manager enables applications to be processed directly within SuccessFactors. Calculations and validations on the data are processed automatically and the corresponding data fields are updated in the database.

This product exists for companies that offer flexible benefits to their workforce and are using SuccessFactors. This product offers configuration, a digital portal, collaboration and data integrations, so you can simplify day to day administration.

So, the specifications are correct and we have started the project. In the design fase we dive into questions like: What UI is what type of user going to see? What functionalities does it require us to develop. What are the steps and what does user "x" see? How do implement your brand identity. What delivers the best user experience possible? We do this to make the solution as effective as possible. We'll meet multiple times to adjust for opportunities.

Code & Test till its sharp

The previous steps have led to a realistic development plan. Our full stack coders team develops the web application for all types of devices and make sure the feature is accessible 24/7. During this phase we test a lot to validate if the system meets the specifications.

Release!

The software will reach a stage where it is mature and ready to be used to increase the productivity of your company. The systems can be elaborate, so we'll guide through the adoption period with workshops and the necessary documentation to be in control.
